She is passionate about helping people live life to the full and to reach their full potential whether it is in daily living or in Sport. Physiotherapy provides the platform and knowledge to help people with pain relief whether it is acute or chronic and treating the root cause of the pain.
During her schooling years, she competed in four provincial Sports thereafter after she swam full-time competitively Durban. Her background in Sport together with her passion to help people came together in Physiotherapy.
Danielle completed her studies in 2010 and worked at various hospitals, a back-and-neck clinic and in-and-out patient practice in Johannesburg, Durban and Stellenbosch. She enjoys it all!
What makes her come alive is to partner with people in their rehabilitation journey in acute or chronic pain, sports injuries, post-operative conditions, chest conditions, vestibular rehabilitation - adults and children alike.
Elri aspires to encourage and motivate others to be the best version of themselves, whom they were created to be. To meet new people and getting to know them better is what gives her joy!
She strives to educate and empower patients regarding their physical health and functionality, how to manage pain in a balance of movement and rest and help them work towards a place of optimal functioning. Equipping people to have a better understanding of their bodies is a strong focus point for her.
Her love for people and her drive to help, encourage and support others brought her to study Physiotherapy. Elri completed het Physiotherapy degree at the University if Pretoria in 2005. Her work experience ranges from working with general outpatients, hospital patients, post-op Othopeadic rehabilitation, working at a spinal clinic and in peadiatric pulmonology. In 2014 her family relocated to Montagu and in 2020 to Paarl. In the Cape she started facilitating pilates classes focussed specifically on the mind and body connection, re-injury prevention and maintaining optimal functioning and strength from a well-balanced center.
She enjoys hosting rehabilitation classes. Integrating exercise principles with Physiotherapy principles and exercises created a platform where she can assist patients to return to, and even, enhance their activities of daily living!

Your first appointment will include an assessment, thereafter treatment will follow.
The duration of treatment sessions is 45 - 60 minutes.
PLEASE bring your own shorts to change into for your assessment and treatments.

FEES + CANCELLATIONS
COST: Cash Price R520 for a 45-60 minutes appointment depending on the treatment.
We charge medical aid rates.
The practice has a TWO-hour cancellation policy. The consultation fee will be charged in full if appointments are not rescheduled or canceled in time.
Fees can be settled after treatments or we can claim from your medical aid.
